As a wedding photographer in Seville, I’m thrilled to share this Hacienda Majaloba Wedding—an unforgettable same-sex wedding full of emotions and stunning documentary photography.
As a wedding photographer in Seville, I love discovering new venues. For couples looking to get married, haciendas near Seville are often a top choice, offering plenty of space, privacy, and that unique Andalusian charm that makes any celebration unforgettable.
Abraham and Abraham chose one of the most enchanting places to tie the knot: Hacienda Majaloba. Located in La Rinconada, just 20 minutes from Seville, this breathtaking hacienda is surrounded by endless orange groves. On their special day, the air was filled with the scent of azahar (orange blossom), creating a magical, romantic atmosphere.
Getting Ready: Special Moments at Home
The couple decided to get ready in their home but stayed true to tradition by dressing in separate rooms. Abraham 1 got ready on the rooftop, surrounded by his entire family, with his young nephews providing some heartwarming and joyful moments. Abraham 2 dressed in the living room with the help of his family, including his nieces, who were visibly emotional as they helped him prepare for this unforgettable day.
The First Look in Seville’s Most Beautiful Square
Living close to Plaza de Santa Isabel—voted the most beautiful square in Seville—Abraham and Abraham decided to have a first look there. This was hands down one of the most emotional and intimate moments of the day, and it perfectly set the tone for the celebrations to come.
From there, we headed straight to Hacienda Majaloba, where the most touching and joyful moments awaited us. The ceremony was officiated by one of the couple’s closest friends. I absolutely love when civil ceremonies are led by people who know the couple so well—they can truly tug at everyone’s heartstrings. This one was no exception, with plenty of laughter, tears, and heartfelt words.
A Celebration to Remember at Hacienda Majaloba
The hacienda looked breathtaking, beautifully decorated by Flor de Pimienta Atelier. Guests were treated to an incredible cocktail hour and meal prepared by Delfín Delicatessen, one of Seville’s finest catering services, known for perfectly blending tradition and modernity.
And then, to cap off the celebration, the Hora Loca turned the dance floor into a whirlwind of energy, laughter, and pure joy. Everyone had an absolute blast!
